Cross country running and duathlon success for Bayliss Multisport this weekend.

December 18

A busy day of racing on Lanzarote today, The Club La Santa International Duathlon, 5km, 20km, 2.5km. A fast and furious race won by Kenneth Vandendrissche in 54.49. Leon Drajer having an outstanding powerful and fast race to finish on the podium with a time of 55.40.
My hard working triathlete and improving every day Michael Lavenderrecently fighting off a virus in 8th place with a time of 57.35.
The womans race won by a flying Anne Haug in 1 hour 20 seconds. With another of my hard working, upcoming athletes Elisabetta Curridori giving the race a great go at the start of a 2 week camp on Lanzarote coming 5th over all in a time of 1.03.34

Over the mountains we had the kids racing in the 3rd of a trail run series where we had Champions in the PreBenjamin, Infantil and Junior categories, with Jake winning PreBenjamin and Charlie 2nd,
Martin 5th in the Benjamin category
Holly and Alba giving the race her best and enjoying every part of the race.
Dominik 2nd in the Alevin category,
Jack 5th after a fall in the same category.
Leila winning the Infantile category in a very exciting race,
Leo doing his best on a day he was'nt 100%
Marcos having a strong race to win the Cadete category. Great results achieved by hard smart work done in training.
Many of the girls and guys back to training by the afternoon to prepare for the next. Congratulations Girls and Guys.

Those that could not race and wanted to race, keep up the great work in training and soon you will be racing too.
